Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. in Dearborn, MI is hiring a Java Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain CAD/CAE software solutions. The role demands strong Java full-stack expertise, Angular, cloud technologies, databases, automation testing, and modern software practices.

The ideal candidate will design solutions, develop components, debug issues, perform testing, and deliver high-quality software using established development methodologies in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java full-stack development for scalable web apps.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular-based UIs.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) development and deployment (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS).
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing.
• Familiarity with GitHub or similar source control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases, challenges, and requirements while supporting user-focused software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using Java, Angular, and cloud technologies.
• Analyze requirements and determine technology stacks, integration approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects across cross-functional teams.
• Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, and CI/CD processes.
• Improve application performance and adopt new technologies to increase development efficiency.
• Support security practices to protect user data through encryption and data anonymization.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices using server-side technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance software solutions and capabilities.
