Job summary

The World’s Largest Publicly Traded Company is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join the Markets Platform Engineering group. You will help build and maintain the Order Management System that underpins the systematic investment process, interfacing with trading desks and quant teams to scale millions of orders.

The role uses Linux, Docker, Tomcat, Java, Micronaut, and Python, with a focus on microservices, event-sourced architectures, and collaboration with Quants and Traders.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience in enterprise web applications.
• Experience with microservices architectures and Spring/Micronaut.
• Solid SQL/RDBMS skills and exposure to NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Order Management System underpinning the investment process.
• Collaborate with trading desks, quants, and operations to ensure scalable, robust solutions.
