Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Java to design and implement scalable solutions for our IT Operations platform. You will lead development, influence architecture, and mentor engineers across products used by thousands of customers worldwide.

You will work on high-availability systems in a cloud environment, driving quality and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid remote options are available for eligible USA-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Java software development, particularly for product applications.
• 5+ years of experience with highly scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large-scale software applications with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Influence critical architectural decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across projects.
