Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong Java experience with Core Java 11/17, J2EE.
• Solid microservices architecture experience (Spring Boot).
• Experience with REST/SOAP, Kafka, Docker.
• Expert SQL skills and data structures knowledge.
• Basic Python scripting.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

• Provide expert analysis of complex business and system processes.
• Coach and guide mid-level developers and analysts.
