Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in software product development or technical environment with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot and Microservices with production-grade delivery.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle from design to production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile-Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Java applications with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Act as technical authority for performance, defects, and architectural issues.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from scoping to deployment and post-launch support.
• Define coding, testing, and debugging standards aligned with architecture.
• Champion Agile delivery and improve cross-team collaboration.
• Build consensus with stakeholders and mentor engineers.
