DrFirst is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the eRx Enterprise and Gadget team, focusing on Gadget and Rcopia platforms, EPCS and PDMP workflows. You will build cloud-native Java services, integrate with major EHRs via HL7/FHIR, and apply AI to improve code quality and development speed.

You will design scalable, secure systems on AWS, with Kafka-based messaging and robust observability, while mentoring teammates and shaping architecture decisions in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands on Java development with Spring (Boot/Cloud).
• 3+ years designing cloud-native apps on AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS/ECS).
• 3+ years with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Experience building high-performance distributed systems with low latency.

Responsabilidades

• Build cloud-native microservices on AWS with auto scaling and observability.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Develop and maintain EHR integration capabilities (HL7, FHIR).
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines.
