Job summary

Cloud and Things is seeking an Integrated Eligibility Developer with hands-on Java/J2EE experience to design, develop, and maintain applications for government eligibility determinations. You will participate across the full SDLC, collaborating with QA, UI/UX, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable data exchanges and scalable systems.

The role emphasizes developing Java/J2EE integrations, REST/SOAP data flows, and interfacing with legacy and modern components in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on experience developing Java/J2EE enterprise applications and related frameworks.
• 2–5+ years of experience with Java.
• 2–5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2–5+ years of experience with Spring/Spring-based technologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, APIs, debugging, and enterprise application development.
• Experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs for eligibility determinations.
• Collaborate with analysts to align solutions with program policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications supporting integrated eligibility platforms.
