Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in full stack development, strong Java, Spring Boot, React, and Oracle database experience; a Bachelor's degree is required. You will mentor juniors, engage in Agile sprints, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across solutions.

We are seeking experienced Senior Java Developers with strong expertise in full stack application development and Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large scale, complex software systems
• Build scalable and secure backend services and RESTful APIs
• Design and optimize Oracle database interactions and data access layers
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions
• Apply Integrated Eligibility domain knowledge to support business requirements and technical implementations
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision making
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance for complex problems
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices and coding standards
• Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management
