Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems.
• Proven experience with the Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC) module.
• 2+ years of experience with rules development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Java/J2EE applications within a State Integrated Eligibility system.
• Work on functionality related to the Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC) module.
• Develop and maintain business rules supporting eligibility determination and benefit calculations.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Support development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities within the Integrated Eligibility environment.
• Apply rules development experience to support program eligibility and benefit calculation requirements.
