Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in J2EE/Java/DB2 with Eclipse, plus 1–3 years in eXPRS development and recent state government experience. Remote work is approved, with occasional onsite requirements in the USA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of J2EE, IBM DB2 UDB, Java, Eclipse experience.
• 1-3 years of eXPRS Application Development experience.
• Prior state government experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver updates to the eXPRS application, including code changes and documentation.
• Document completed enhancements to ensure complete system documentation for the eXPRS application.
• Complete defect and change requests for code modifications impacting the eXPRS Services.
• Engage in daily Scrum meetings with ODHS/ODDS teams and business stakeholders.
• Document solution options, dependencies, and gaps; coordinate with architects and managers.
• Provide sprint reports and demonstrate working prototypes every 1–2 weeks.
