Synechron, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Java Developer with BPM expertise to lead architecture and delivery of large-scale, Gen AI-enabled solutions. Collaborate with Enterprise Architect and Delivery Director to implement Java-based APIs and BPM.

You will design UI and APIs with Java/Spring/Angular, write tests, and build cloud-native apps with Docker for OpenShift and AWS. 7+ years in Java and BPM, plus frontend experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience in frontend and backend frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience in core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proven BPM expertise and experience with Angular or React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript tools like Node.js, Webpack, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor.
