Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Application Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade Java applications. The role involves building cloud-native distributed systems, collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to shape technical roadmaps and implement scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture discussions, and uphold coding standards, automated tests, and deployment practices across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed cloud databases.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using modern software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, automated tests, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Documentation teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build reliable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
