Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Application Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade Java applications. The role involves building cloud-native distributed systems, collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to shape technical roadmaps and implement scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture discussions, and uphold coding standards, automated tests, and deployment practices across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline.
8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications.
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Distributed Systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed cloud databases.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Java-based enterprise applications.
Build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using modern software engineering principles.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.

About the Team

Our Engineering team is responsible for building highly scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications that power mission-critical business solutions for Fortune 500 clients. As a Senior Java Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing distributed systems while collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help drive engineering best practices across the organization.
