Qualifications

• 14+ years of hands-on software development experience guiding technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of core Java, modern frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway) and Java Spring Boot; Python desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams through best practices, patterns, and coding standards to ensure high-quality, secure code.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Lead AI and cloud-native solution design and deployment for scalable systems, with cost optimization.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply performance tuning to maintain reliability under load.
