You will mentor engineers, drive architecture discussions, and translate complex needs into reliable solutions with product and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years designing and developing Java/J2EE apps across client/server environments.
• Strong OO design, distributed systems, real-time processing, and relational DBs.
• Experience with Java frameworks (Spring/Hibernate) and Agile with TDD.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues across environments and communicate clearly.
