Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience (consulting/industry).
• 4+ years of Java experience, including Spring / Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of Python experience, backend or data-driven.
• Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
• Database expertise with MongoDB and Oracle (RDBMS).
• 2+ years of experience developing/using RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations requiring understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
