PTR Global is seeking an AI/ML Engineer (GenAI) / Software Engineer 4 on a 18-month contingent contract based in Charlotte, NC. You will design AI agents, RAG solutions, and IDP workflows while ensuring policy and compliance alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python and AI development frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Google ADK).
• 3+ years of experience implementing Document AI/IDP solutions.
• Strong experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Python and AI development frameworks, including Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Google ADK, and agent‑based architectures.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Document AI/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
• Strong experience building and deploying LLM‑powered applications, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate hands‑on implementation experience with GenAI concepts and solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to explain technical decision‑making with concrete examples.
