Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant to code, test, and deliver high quality software. You will design and develop front end React/Angular based applications, and work with Java, Spring, Hibernate, across Linux/Unix environments.

You will collaborate with PMO, product management, and operations in an Agile setting, mentoring peers while shaping end-to-end solutions. Base compensation ranges with growth opportunities are offered in a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git/Bitbucket).
• Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, UI development.
• Relational databases experience (Oracle, Sybase).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work across teams.
• Ability to mentor other developers and operate in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and deliver high quality software deliverables.
• Design and develop front end using React/Angular.
• Perform development, maintenance and enhancements per requirements.
• Draft and review architecture diagrams, specs and designs.
• Work with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Linux/Unix, and SOA stacks.
• Document requirements, designs, and test plans; estimate effort.
• Stay aware of industry training, risk control, and regulatory landscape.
• Mentor other software developers.
