You will work in a hybrid model with in-office and remote days, applying AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

The role requires 6+ years of Java backend experience, strong Spring framework skills, and expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, and TDD practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building Java backend applications (Java 17+).
• Proficiency in the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational or NoSQL database management, with experience optimizing queries.
• Understanding of in-memory data loading techniques and efficient data joining for large-scale pipelines.
• Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, JUnit/Mockito, and dependency management.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture; using TDD and SonarQube to maintain code quality.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
