Qualifications

• Strong hands-on coding in Kotlin, Java, and Python for production-grade apps.
• Deep expertise in microservices, Spring Boot, HA, low-latency architectures.
• Experience with event-driven messaging (Kafka, MQ, Solace, Tibco).
• Containerization and cloud-native platforms: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Oracle SQL and high-performance transactional environments.
• Experience with trunk-based development, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
• Proficient in CI/CD, DevOps, secure coding, and vulnerability assessment.
• Leadership in technical discussions and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-office trading apps.
• Implement trunk-based development, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
• Apply TDD/BDD to ensure high test coverage and reliability.
