We are seeking a senior consultant to design and implement Java-based architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will drive architectural decisions, create roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end delivery, including API-driven architectures, microservices, event-driven

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level experience with Java and its core libraries
• Hands-on software development, enterprise architecture, and leading technical teams
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, monitoring tools, databases and containerization
• Ability to relate architectural recommendations to business needs and client culture
• Extensive knowledge of Design Patterns
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience optimizing software performance with appropriate tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Java-based solutions for client needs
• Create technical project estimates and work plans
• Develop code hands-on in addition to architectural work
• Deliver API-driven, microservice, event-driven, cloud-based solutions
• Support AI tooling and orchestration in client projects
• Collaborate across teams to showcase CapTech capabilities
• Help drive business development through technical leadership
