The Budd Group is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager for our Private Education accounts in Winston-Salem. This role focuses on high-impact leadership, operational readiness, and strategic service delivery, with substantial regional travel.

You will collaborate with local teams to ensure quality and continuity without direct reports. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of salaried management experience in custodial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strictly required.
• 2-5 years of salaried management experience in custodial/janitorial operations.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 70% (including overnight stays).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the leading Janitorial Operations Manager for Private Education accounts, delivering tactical guidance and technical support.
• Conduct quarterly on-site audits, document findings, and implement best-in-class SOWs, KPIs, and cleaning frequencies.
• Partner with Business Development to provide APPA-standard pricing, validating scope, staffing, and equipment for new opportunities.
• Step in as the interim Regional Custodial Manager during manager absences to guarantee service continuity and spearhead the launch of new school accounts.
