Responsibilities

• Serve as the leading Janitorial Operations Manager for Private Education accounts, delivering tactical guidance and technical support.
• Conduct quarterly on-site audits, document findings, and implement KPIs and cleaning frequencies.
• Partner with Business Development to provide pricing, validating scope, staffing, and equipment for new opportunities.
• Step in as interim Regional Custodial Manager during absences to guarantee service continuity.
