Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Operations Management preferred).
• 2–5 years of salaried management experience in custodial or janitorial operations.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 70% (including overnight stays).
• Proven drive, autonomy, and ability to influence teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Janitorial Operations for Private Education accounts with tactical guidance.
• Conduct audits, document findings, and implement KPIs and frequencies.
• Collaborate with Business Development on pricing and staffing for opportunities.
• Step in as interim Regional Custodial Manager to ensure service continuity.
