The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Operations Manager to lead private education accounts. This role focuses on operational readiness, audits, and strategic leadership to ensure high-quality campus environments.

You will travel regionally up to 70%, coordinating with local teams and adapting to project demands. A bachelor’s degree and proven management experience in custodial operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is strictly required.
• 2-5 years of salaried management experience in custodial or janitorial operations.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 70% (including overnight stays).
• Highly motivated self-starter who can influence teams and drive projects forward without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leading Janitorial Operations Manager for Private Education accounts.
• Perform quarterly on-site audits, document findings, and implement KPIs and cleaning frequencies.
• Collaborate with Business Development to provide pricing and validate scope for new opportunities.
• Step in as interim Regional Custodial Manager to ensure service continuity and launch new school accounts.
