Fountain is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a janitorial team serving a single client location in the Cleveland area. You will manage daily operations and ensure a safe, respectful work environment while delivering high levels of customer care.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience, strong budgeting and cost‑management skills, and a proven ability to hire, train and develop staff. You will build client trust and lead a team to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience leading a complex team.
• Understanding of budgeting, labor and expense management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and coaching.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in janitorial, distribution services or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages key operational functions.
• Develops and maintains relationships of trust and engagement with on-site client.
• Ensures standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained and that cost-efficient resources are used to maximize service standards.
• Implements processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas; alerts stakeholders of costs and labor overruns.
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with safe behavior.
• Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff; takes corrective action per policy.
• Conducts regular operations staff meetings with direct reports.
• Manages budget and controls expenses effectively.
• Uses cost-management system to audit budget (labor, supplies, leases, equipment).
