Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for our janitorial facilities program. As the single point of contact within a major account, you will own the relationship and ensure we meet and exceed client expectations while leading and coaching a team of members.

This position, based in Missouri, involves planning work schedules, maintaining accurate records, implementing the 4M Operational Playbook, and promoting a safe, high-quality work environment for our client and team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• Strong drive for results.
• Sense of urgency.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client.
• Ability to analyze issues and create solutions.
