4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account Manager—Janitorial Services to serve as the single point of contact for a major client. You will own the account to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations and contribute to a growing, dynamic team.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating schedules, and promoting a safe work environment. Prior experience in facility services and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Some experience in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with an industrial Setting/ Forklift Operation
• Construction experience a plus!! (not required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
• Strong drive for results
• Sense of urgency
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
• Ability to analyze issues and create solutions

• Supervising, coaching and training Team Members
• Working on Special Projects
• Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
• Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
• Implement 4M Operational Playbook
• Maintain accurate building/facility records
• Promote a safe work environment
