Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Account Manager in Burbank, CA to oversee custodial services across client facilities. You will lead the janitorial team, ensuring service standards and safety, while maintaining strong client relations and daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

Five years of janitorial management or commercial cleaning leadership.
Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with basic computer systems.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Supervise custodial staff and cleaning operations across client properties.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the janitorial team; provide performance feedback and development opportunities.
Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
Oversee daily operations: staffing, shift planning, timecard processing, and administrative reporting.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and operational issues; ensure timely resolution.
Support monthly close: run reports, prepare journal entries, and perform P&L analysis with finance review meetings.
Solicit service contracts and SLAs; manage purchase orders; process and bill work orders.
Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
Identify and report repairs or safety hazards; collaborate with internal teams.
Perform duties as assigned to meet evolving client needs.
