Qualifications

• Direct experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all custodial staff and cleaning operations across assigned client properties, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the janitorial team; provide ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Train staff on procedures, equipment usage, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, shift planning, timecard processing, and reporting.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and service requests; ensure timely resolution and communication.
