Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior IVIG Sales Executive to drive revenue in our Boston area territory. You will establish and nurture referral sources, coordinate with senior management to sharpen product knowledge, and develop quarterly plans to exceed sales targets.

The role requires 2+ years in medical sales, IVIG or infusion experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work from home within a busy sales environment. Competitive base with uncapped bonus and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical sales or equivalent experience
• Experience with home infusion or specialty pharmacy/IVIG preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain referral-source relationships
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to meet goals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region
• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet goals
• Formulates a quarterly business plan to achieve and exceed forecasted sales revenue
• Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers
• Develops territory routing plan to maximize efficiency and service to customers
• Work from home as applicable to role and responsibilities
