Winston & Strawn LLP is seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead the development and management of our service management platform, Freshservice. You will improve service delivery, design workflows, and provide guidance to junior colleagues. This role requires a strong IT background and the ability to work collaboratively.

Qualified candidates will have over 5 years in Information Technology and proficiency in service management methodologies. The position is located in Chicago, offering a target salary of $98,000-$111,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in Service Management and ITSM methodologies.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the office.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the service management platform (Freshservice).
• Lead team projects and guide junior staff.
• Design workflows for incident and change management.
