Job summary

CalOptima is seeking an ITS Analyst Sr, Configuration for Covered California to support the Claims Administration team. The role focuses on configuring core systems, validating requirements, and leading configuration projects.

Telework is approved with CA residence requirements, with partial on-site presence in Orange, CA when needed. The candidate will analyze member/provider data, benefits, and pricing rules, coordinate testing, and guide business areas on configuration changes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, business or related field.
• 4 years of experience in application configuration or operations with a major managed care application.
• 2 years of experience with Trizetto Facets configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate work efforts with other team members.
• Document system functionalities, reporting requirements, and workflows.
• Develop business specifications from change requests to enhance Facets.
• Create test scenarios and validation plans and coordinate testing.
• Serve as SME to department staff and explain system functionality.
