Job summary

CalOptima Health seeks an ITS Analyst Sr, Finance Systems to configure, maintain, and optimize finance systems in support of core operations. The role acts as primary administrator, ensuring secure access and smooth functionality while partnering with finance teams to improve processes.

The position supports a partial telework arrangement, with requirement to work in California and to visit the Orange office at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or a related field PLUS 5 years of experience in application configuration, software development or system support.
• 3 years of experience providing system support.
• 3 years of experience using computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimize finance systems.
• Serve as primary system administrator and manage configurations and user permissions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify process gaps and improve workflows.
• Lead and support user acceptance testing to ensure changes meet requirements.
• Develop reports in finance systems and Power BI platforms.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows and policies.
