Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, information technology, business or related field and 5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience configuring, developing or supporting health care applications and operations systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Define system configuration scopes and objectives based on user needs and business requirements.
• Lead projects and coordinate work with other team members and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on configuring system requirements and ETL procedures.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, and translation of business specifications into technical specs.
• Support upgrades, diagnose issues, and analyze data trends to improve quality and automation.
