Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data architecture, strong SQL, ETL, and Power BI expertise, plus experience with Snowflake and Databricks in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive data engineering experience.
• 5+ years healthcare payer data experience and 7+ years in data modeling and ETL.
• Proven ability to design, build and maintain analytics-ready data assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models, pipelines, and reporting datasets for clinical analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
• Translate source data into scalable, production-ready data products.
