Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of call center experience.
• Experience with Covered California exchange and health insurance marketplace.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM).

Responsibilities

• Participates in a mission-driven culture with a member-focused approach to customer service.
• Responds to member and provider inquiries during the initial interaction.
• Enters accurate documentation into internal systems and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Supports department goals and collaborates with others to meet priorities.
• Works with flexibility to participate in evening and weekend events.
