Winston Taylor LLP seeks an experienced Senior ITC Paralegal to support attorneys across multiple offices on high-priority ITC/337 matters. The role demands precise document handling, discovery management, and courtroom support with tight deadlines.

You will coordinate pleadings, filings, and trial logistics, while leveraging Relativity, LiveNote, and other litigation tools. A bachelor’s degree and IP paralegal experience are required; a certification is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience, including ITC/337.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the firm office with ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Experience coordinating ITC proceedings and related filings.
• Strong knowledge of ITC filings, rules, and Section 337 procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, prepare, organize, and interpret complex legal documents related to ITC investigations and IP litigation.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and exhibits with courts and agencies, including the ITC.
• Manage large-scale discovery, including document review workflows and trial exhibit preparation.
• Conduct e-discovery searches and manage document review using Relativity.
• Support deposition preparation, including exhibit compilation and witness materials.
• Perform factual and legal research using internal systems and external databases.
• Build and oversee case databases, document repositories, and litigation files for ITC and IP matters.
• Coordinate trial logistics, including remote and in-person setups, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
• Provide onsite and in-court support during trials, hearings, and agency proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and vendors to streamline workflows.
• Monitor ITC rule changes and communicate updates to case teams.
• Perform administrative and filing tasks per firm policies.
• Willingness to travel as required.
