Winston Taylor seeks a Senior ITC Paralegal to support attorneys across offices handling ITC/IP matters. You will manage complex documents, file pleadings, and oversee large-scale discovery under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IP litigation paralegal work, strong ITC knowledge, and proficiency with Relativity, LexisNexis/Westlaw, PACER, and USPTO systems. Travel and on-site support are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience, including substantial ITC / Section 337 experience.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the firm office with ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Demonstrated trial and arbitration experience, including direct involvement in ITC proceedings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, prepare, organize, and interpret complex legal documents related to ITC investigations and IP litigation.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and exhibits with courts and agencies, including the ITC.
• Manage largescale discovery, including document review workflows, productions, and trial exhibit preparation.
• Conduct ediscovery searches and manage document review using platforms such as Relativity.
• Support deposition preparation, including exhibit compilation, witness materials, and logistical coordination.
• Perform factual and legal research using internal systems and external databases.
• Build, maintain, and oversee case databases, document repositories, and litigation files for ITC and IP matters.
• Coordinate trial logistics, including remote and inperson setups, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
