The successful candidate will have 5+ years as an IP litigation paralegal, strong e-discovery and document management skills, and proficiency with EDIS, PACER/ECF, Relativity, and related tools. Travel and overtime are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IP litigation paralegal roles on large ITC cases.
• Proficient with ITC filings, EDIS, PACER/ECF, and court rules.
• Strong ability to manage complex case workflows and deadlines.
• Experience with e-discovery and trial support software.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITC Section 337 investigations case workflows and hearing prep.
• Prepare filings, exhibits, and witness lists for ITC and district court.
• Manage docketing and deadlines in EDIS and PACER/ECF.
• Oversee large-scale document reviews and productions.
• Draft and cite-check pleadings, declarations, and exhibits.
• Coordinate pre-hearing, hearing logistics, and on-site support.
