Winston Taylor is seeking an experienced Senior ITC Paralegal with deep knowledge of Section 337 procedures and complex litigation practices to support attorneys across multiple offices handling high-priority matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

This role requires the ability to deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Coordination of discovery, pleadings, and trial support is essential, with strong knowledge of ITC filings,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience, including substantial ITC / Section 337 experience required.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, prepare, organize, and interpret complex legal documents related to ITC investigations and IP litigation.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and exhibits with courts and agencies, including the ITC.
• Manage largescale discovery, including document review workflows, productions, and trial exhibit preparation.
• Conduct ediscovery searches and manage document review using platforms such as Relativity.
• Support deposition preparation, including exhibit compilation, witness materials, and logistical coordination.
