Job summary

System One in Dallas seeks an IT Program Manager to lead enterprise digital transformation programs across multiple teams and executive stakeholders. The role is on-site five days a week, with no remote work, and requires strong cross-functional coordination and governance.

You will run programs from planning through delivery, manage risks and dependencies, build executive dashboards, and present status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years program management on large enterprise programs, preferably digital transformation.
• Ideally big telecom experience (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, Charter Communications, Cox Communications or similar).
• Programs spanning multiple business units and cross functional teams.
• Meeting facilitation and decision driving.
• Written and verbal communication at executive level, including deck building.
• Risk, issue and dependency management with executive reporting.
• Managing several parallel workstreams under shifting priorities.
• Works independently with minimal direction.
• Prior PMO or Transformation Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Run cross functional programs inside the Digital org from planning through delivery.
• Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate when needed.
• Run program meetings, drive decisions, resolve blockers, and enforce program governance.
• Write status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance and Operations.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Define KPIs and report business value for AI / ML, Personalization and Digital Platform programs.
• Build and document repeatable program management processes.
