Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional business experience.
• Prior management consulting experience is required.
• Lean certification, Six Sigma, or comparable experience.
• Strong program/project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on experience supporting large-scale IT programs.
• AI prompting and AI agent creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop, manage, and implement transformational initiatives.
• Identify IT process improvements and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Review and streamline business processes, SOPs, SLAs, and risk profiles.
• Manage program priorities, work plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct operational reviews and develop business cases, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop performance scorecards covering productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and costs.
• Support change management and large-scale IT programs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.
• Prepare and present program updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of business experience, prior management consulting experience, strong program/project management skills, and experience working with complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop, manage, and implement transformational initiatives.
• Identify IT process improvements, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Review and streamline business processes, SOPs, SLAs, and risk profiles.
• Manage program priorities, work plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct operational reviews and develop business cases, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop performance scorecards covering productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and costs.
• Support change management and large-scale IT programs.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.
