City of Fort Collins is seeking a skilled IT Senior Technician to join the Information Technology department. You will provide advanced troubleshooting, hardware/software installs, and on-site support for critical issues across Apple and PC devices.

The role requires mentoring junior staff, incident management, and development of technical docs. After-hours on-call rotation is required, and remote/hybrid work must occur in Colorado. Attractive benefits accompany the position.

Formación

• Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud productivity tools.
• Expertise in enterprise applications, such as privilege management, MDM, asset management and reporting, OS deployment solutions, and other enterprise-class tools.
• Ability to clearly convey training information to users and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex incidents.
• Lead resolution efforts for high-priority incidents coordinating with IT teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint management issues.
• Design advanced troubleshooting workflows and reference materials.
• Mentor junior technicians and support system administrators.
