LS Tractor is seeking a Senior Systems & IT Support Engineer in Raleigh, NC to deliver advanced IT support, manage Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and network operations. The role serves as an escalation point and leads IT projects with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT or related field and 5+ years of IT experience, including Microsoft 365, networking, and security. On-site position with Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation discussed during interview.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with networking and cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• IT Support: provide Tier 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive; administer Entra ID; maintain security.
• Systems Administration: install, configure and maintain Windows servers and IT systems; monitor performance and updates.
• Network Administration: support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, VLANs; troubleshoot connectivity.
• Cybersecurity: maintain security policies, monitor alerts, manage endpoint protection, train staff.
• IT Projects: lead or assist with infrastructure and cloud projects; coordinate with vendors.
• Documentation: create and update technical docs; maintain diagrams and knowledge base.
• Teamwork & Communication: liaise with departments and external vendors; explain technical concepts clearly.
