DENSO seeks a Senior IT Systems Manager to provide strategic leadership for enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime, security, and scalability across servers, cloud environments, and networks.

This role bridges engineering teams and executive leadership to align technology with business growth, guiding migrations, DR/BC planning, and modernization initiatives within a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise IT with 3+ years in management or team lead role.
• Experience leading IT migrations, data center consolidations, and enterprise software deployments on schedule and within budget.
• Cloud administration of at least one major platform — AWS or Azure.
• Expert-level Windows Server and Enterprise Linux administration.
• Deep virtualization expertise (VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V).
• Experience designing/maintaining SAN/NAS storage and high-availability backups.
• Proven history managing IT CapEx/OpEx budgets and vendor SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure for availability, security, and scalability.
• Lead migrations, data center consolidations, and software deployments on schedule and budget.
• Develop a 3–5-year technology modernization roadmap with ITDC leadership.
• Standardize processes using ITIL frameworks and SOPs.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and asset inventories.
• Mentor IT staff and drive cross-functional collaboration.
