Job summary

DENSO Manufacturing North Carolina (DMNC) in Statesville, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of Maintenance to lead a highly automated operation and drive reliability, uptime, and cost performance across the site.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance leadership, hands-on facilities experience, and collaboration with Production, Engineering and Safety teams to improve systems, train talent, and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher education preferred in engineering or business.
Proven leadership in maintenance, engineering, or related manufacturing function.
Experience with highly automated manufacturing processes and equipment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and monitor execution.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations across Production Maintenance, Machine Shop, Die Shop, and Spare Parts.
Develop and execute long-term maintenance strategies for reliability and uptime.
Plan capital investments, budgets, and cost-containment initiatives.
Build and develop maintenance leaders and associates through coaching and development.
Present performance updates and roadmaps to executive leadership.
