Job summary

Serve Robotics seeks a senior IT leader to drive IT infrastructure and operations across depots, labs, and offices, owning security, uptime, and scalable systems for a fast-growing robotics delivery platform.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure SOX/SOC 2/GDPR compliance, and partner across functions to support rapid market expansion while delivering reliable user experiences globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex distributed enterprise IT environments in high-growth tech companies.
• Experience operating across multiple time zones to support rapid expansion.
• Deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, identity management, and enterprise systems.
• Track record of hiring and scaling IT teams and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership and vendor management skills.
• Known for responsiveness, reliability and following through with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with growth, R&D goals, budgeting, vendor selection, contracts and technology investments.
• Partner with engineering, security, operations, HR, finance, facilities and growth teams to enable expansion and robotics innovation.
• Lead IT planning for new markets, facilities, acquisitions, and major initiatives.
• M&A—lead IT diligence and integration strategy to minimize disruption.
