Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with hands-on responsibilities.
• Experience with server infrastructure, networking, storage, security, backups, and end-user tech.
• Experience in Microsoft environments including AD, M365, cloud services, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT operations across New England branch.
• Provide leadership and escalation for complex issues.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support infrastructure, security, and end-user tech.
• Ensure system availability, backups, DR, security, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Plan upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Evaluate technologies and automation opportunities to improve reliability.
