Job summary

Nuvative is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and systems administration across end-user computing and infrastructure. The role acts as a senior resource in IT Support, resolving complex issues and guiding lifecycle activities for servers, endpoints, and cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with hands-on IT experience.
• 3+ years of professional IT experience administering production systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, OS, network, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical escalation resource for IT Support incidents and requests.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across endpoints, OS, software, and networks.
• Administer servers, cloud resources, VMs, and virtual desktops per standards.
• Perform lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, backup, and decommissioning.
• Monitor health, logs and performance; coordinate resolutions.
